Most attorneys and accountants recommend small businesses use the LLC as the starting point, by the way, because the LLC is harder to \u201cbreak\u201d (in terms of voiding its liability protection) and because the LLC can be (for tax purposes) temporarily treated as sole proprietorship or partnership at the beginning of its life.<\/p>\n
