Printed material is done that way now as oare motion pictures and other media, but soon physical items will be delivered at the speed of light toy uor computer and then printed out on your own 3-D printer. The world of 3-D printing will be a different world than we have seen so far. Even human body parts will be printed on 3-D printers and possibly the Star Trek envisions Replicator will be able to produce the foods we eat and the beverages we consume. So I agree with your hypothosis and not with Mr.gordon.
